A Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Project is underway in two bayous in Orange County, Texas, Adams Bayou (low dissolved oxygen levels and high bacteria concentrations) and Cow Bayou (low dissolved oxygen levels, high bacteria concentrations, and low pH values).
